Who we are

RDX is the implementation layer between public policy and frontline practice. It gives staff a shared, observable method for engaging families, reducing escalation, setting boundaries, documenting clearly, completing referrals, and showing measurable improvement. Connections Counseling Services is the licensed clinical arm. When someone is stuck, Connections takes the clinical work — same language on both sides of the handoff.

What RDX is

A shared, blame-free map of any system you lead. Two scales — power and vulnerability, connection and disconnection. Positions, not people. Taught standing up, on a mat, at your site. Quality expectations become observable behaviors: engage, de-escalate, set boundaries, choose a safe next action, document, refer, and follow through.

    The coaching cycle is Recognize, Describe, Experiment, Integrate — scenario labs and rehearsal of a safe next action.

How RDX Works

What Connections delivers

Connections Counseling Services is a Utah group practice formed in 2016. Its public site lists clinicians in Murray and Orem, two online-only therapists, and HIPAA-compliant video counseling. The practice states specialty training in CSAT, EMDR, Brainspotting, and EFT.

Licensed counseling
Individual, couples, and family therapy in person and by video.
Psychological evaluations
Testing for children, adolescents, and adults through a licensed psychologist — including ADHD, autism (ADOS-2), and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
Groups and programs
Weekly groups in Murray and Orem for unwanted sexual behavior and betrayal trauma, each run by a CSAT or a clinician supervised by one.
Child and family work
Youth and family counseling, including play-based care and EMDR, listed for the Murray and Orem offices.
Supervision capacity
An AAMFT Approved Supervisor on staff (Kyle M. Reid, LMFT), supporting licensed supervision for associate-level clinicians.
Telehealth
HIPAA-compliant video sessions, including dedicated online-only clinicians, for coverage where recruiting is slow.

    Rural telehealth coverage is also available: HIPAA-compliant behavioral health, family therapy, or consultation when licensed clinicians are hard to recruit in your county.

How we work

RDX leads the launch, trains internal champions, and sets the implementation and measurement plan. Your people reinforce the skills through the year. We return to coach, calibrate, review data, and correct drift. Anyone who is not a licensed clinician learns a bounded role: notice, then refer. When a position is fixed, Connections’ RDX-trained, trauma-informed clinicians take it from there.
